Add three glyphs `t+-', `tmu', and `tdi' which are textual variants
of `+-', `mu', and `di', respectively.

font/devcp1047/R.proto, font/devlpb/*: Add them.
* font/devps/generate/textmap: Ditto.

* font/devlj4/*: Regenerated.
* font/devdvi/generate/tc.map: Use them.
* font/devdvi/generate/texsy.map: Add them.
* font/devdvi/*: Regenerated.
* font/devX*/*: Regenerated.
* tmac/latin1.tmac, tmac/cp1047.tmac, tmac/tty.tmac,
tmac/tty-char.tmac: Updated.
* NEWS, man/groff_char.man: Updated.
