understands Postscript proper, like ps2pdf.

* src/devices/grops/ps.h: New broken-flag to avoid page size
definition, if required.

* src/devices/grops/grops.man: New broken-flag 16 mentioned.

* doc/Makefile.in: Added -nosetpage flag (via @pnmtops_nosetpage@).
