* src/libs/libgroff/font.cc (font::load): Fix error message for
bad character type.
* src/devices/grops/grops.man: Improve documentation of the -b
flag.
* tmac/tty.tmac: Load latin1.tmac for all TTY devices except
`ascii' and `cp1047'.
