autotools support: add the *.actions file to SCANOBJ_FILESwip/swilmet/autotools-support-update
It fixes `make distcheck` in projects like gspell which still use the
Autotools.
The `make distcheck` error was:
ERROR: files left in build directory after distclean:
./docs/reference/gspell-1.0.actions
This commit in gtk-doc permits to remove the following workaround in
gspell:
