add gperf-generated files to git
* lib/iconv_open-osf.h:
* lib/iconv_open-aix.h:
* lib/iconv_open-hpux.h:
* lib/iconv_open-irix.h: Add to git. Should remove build-time dep on
gperf; we'll see if this causes problems.
