Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/stable-2.0'
This anticipates deprecation of make-vtable-vtable in stable-2.0, which hasn't happened yet. Conflicts: libguile/deprecated.c libguile/deprecated.h libguile/print.c libguile/struct.c
