Refactor to avoid need for `Unicode.hs-boot`
This avoids the import-cycle caused by the import of `Foreign.C.Types`
by using `Int` instead of `CInt` for the Unicode classification
functions. This refactoring also allows to remove a couple of
`fromIntegral`s.
