	Here we move the actual report generation logic to `rts/ProfilerReport.c`. This break is actually quite clean, void writeCCSReport( FILE prof_file, CostCentreStack const ccs, ProfilerTotals totals ); This is more profiler refactoring in preparation for machine-readable output.
