fixed error C1001 when using DDK 64 bit .lib in VS2008
* DDK 64 bit static lib generated the following in VS2008 projects:
"fatal error C1001: An internal error has occurred in the compiler.
(compiler file 'f:\dd\vctools\compiler\utc\src\p2\p2symtab.c', line 1823)"
