[build] point ./configure --help to support forum
./configure --help will point people to the support forums, as the vast
majority of "bugs" filed are support requests. The lighttpd homepage
(https://www.lighttpd.net/) sidebar links "bugs" to
"https://redmine.lighttpd.net/projects/lighttpd/issues"
