[mod_mbedtls] reconstruct SSL_CLIENT_S_DN
reconstruct SSL_CLIENT_S_DN in lighttpd due to limitations of
mbedtls_x509_dn_gets(). Adds support for non-ASCII UTF-8,
but loses support for multi-valued RDNs.
