* ARM: remove ks8695 platformArnd Bergmann2019-08-141-88/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | ks8695 is an older SoC originally made by Kendin, which was later acquired by Micrel, and subsequently by Microchip. The platform port was originally contributed by Andrew Victor and Ben Dooks, and later maintained by Greg Ungerer. When I recently submitted cleanups, but Greg noted that the platform no longer boots and nobody is using it any more, we decided to remove it. * PCI: consolidate PCI config entry in drivers/pciChristoph Hellwig2018-11-231-5/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | There is no good reason to duplicate the PCI menu in every architecture. Instead provide a selectable HAVE_PCI symbol that indicates availability of PCI support, and a FORCE_PCI symbol to for PCI on and the handle the rest in drivers/pci.
