config: add comments to match current example.confdev-dct-config-comments
Add CFG_DEFAULT_COMMENTED and CFG_DEFAULT_UNDEFINED to entries that are currently commented in example.conf. Fix host_list to be cfg_array. The difference between COMMENTED and UNDEFINED is somewhat vague. In practice, both are commented out in the output, but if an UNDEFINED value is just uncommented in lvm.conf, it will appear in lvmconfig --type diff, even though it still matches the default value. The way they are currently used is roughly: - an array that is empty by default is UNDEFINED - a path that is empty by default is UNDEFINED - a setting that is not an array and not a path that does not have a valid default value is UNDEFINED - a setting that has a valid default, but we want it to be commented in the output is COMMENTED
