iscsid: fix discoveryd shutdown
If iscsid is managing sessions through the discovery
daemon, then when iscsid is shutdown it should cleanup
the sessions it was managing.
When iscsiadm -k 0 is run, then iscsid will stop doing
discovery and logout the sessions it was managing.
