iscsiadm: create default iface for all offload cards
This creates a default iface for all offload cards. The name will
be "transport_name.hwaddress". The user just has to then set the
ip address by doing
iscsiadm -m iface -I transport_name.hwaddress -o update -n iface.ipaddress -v A.B.C.D
