Microversion 2.42 is related to the following bug.

The following options have been changed as of Microversion 2.42.
* Remove ``tag`` attribute in ``--block-device`` option
on the server boot (nova boot) between microversion 2.33 and 2.41.
* Remove ``tag`` attribute in ``--nic`` option
on the server boot (nova boot) between microversion 2.37 and 2.41.
