travis: Use pip2 instead of pip for OSX build.
xcode8.3 is a new default image for OS X on Travis-CI, but
it does not have 'pip':
pip install --user six
./.travis/osx-prepare.sh: line 3: pip: command not found
'pip2' or 'pip3' should be used explicitly instead:
