configure: Convert --with-l26=<dir> argument to absolute path.
If the argument to --with-l26 is given as a relative pathname, then if configuration succeeds, the build will fail, because the current directory during the kernel build is different from that at configuration time. Avoid the problem by converting the argument to an absolute path if necessary.
