Open vSwitch now supports all OpenFlow 1.5 required features, so enable
it by default.

It's always been OVS coding style to use spaces rather than tabs for
indentation, but some tabs have snuck in over time. This commit converts
them to spaces.

Due to an error on my part the Netronome vendor Id is incorrect:
the last digit should be 'd' rather than '0' as per the
Netronome IEEE OUI.
