Fix up .gitignore files some more
* Ignore generated macros.all in .gitignore for Sys::Syslog.
* Add .gitignore for generated files of GDBM_File.
* Ignore DynaLoader.xs in .gitignore for DynaLoader.
* Put every pattern in .gitignore files on a single line.
* Add some generated .xs files .gitignore of Encode.
* Ignore RealPPPort.xs in .gitignore for Devel::PPPort.
* Ignore ODBM_File.pm in .gitignore for lib/.
* Add .gitignore for generated files of XS::APItest.
* Add .gitignore for Compress::Raw::Zlib.
* Ignore GDBM_File.pm in .gitignore for lib/.
