regcomp.c: Don't prefix posix props with Is

When confronted with something like [[:alpha:]], regcomp.c adds
IsPosixAlpha to the list of properties for code points above 255 to
match against when executing the pattern.  The 'Is' is extraneous, and
future commits will not want it.
