Use `LINE_Tf` thoroughly for formatting the value of CopLINE()
The value of CopLINE() used to be formatted with various way; sometimes
with `%ld` and `(long)` cast, sometimes `IVdf` and `(IV)` cast, or `%d`
and so on.
