Add lexer for colon-separated value config files like /etc/passwd, /etc/shadow and /etc/group (#2112)
* add PasswdLexer and ShadowLexer for lexing /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow
* fix regex
* Update pygments/lexers/configs.py
