QPID-3444, QPID-3363: update destinations in AddressBasedDestinationTest to use ensure use of Address based destinations, update CloseTest to use JMS methods for creating destination.
Resolves spurious test failures on C++ and Java broker profiles since they started properly enforcing binding restrictions on the default exchange.
