AutoTest: Provide easy Id<->ITestFramework * mapping
They are 1:1, idea is to replace (most of the) Id uses with the
framework itself, overall simplifying e.g. TestFrameworkManager.
For a salami-tactics transition, easy convervion between the two helps.
