Fixed compile of qdoc3 for non developer builds.
qdoc3 wants to use the QML parser from QtDeclarative. Currently those
symbols are private, though they happen to be exported by
Q_AUTOTEST_EXPORT in developer builds.
Put this back to compiling a copy of the QML parser directly into qdoc3.
