backend_qtro: Fix issues when reconnecting to a different node
QtRO nodes need to be destroyed in order to connect to a different
Url, this is now done instead of reusing the existing node.
In addition QtRO doesn't really send the complete initial state
when connected, but only the changed properties. Because of this
it makes sense to call initialize() again to ensure the complete
state gets synced to the frontend
