qdoc: Remove hard-coded -fno-exceptions Clang option
This was a workaround for http://reviews.llvm.org/D17988
that has now been fixed.
This commit enables exception support for code parsed by QDoc.
If required, the option can still be defined using 'clangdefines'
qdocconf variable.
