[DOC] Use RDoc link style for links in the same class/module
I used this regex:
(?<=\[)#(?:class|module)-([A-Za-z]+)-label-([A-Za-z0-9\-\+]+)
And performed a global find & replace for this:
rdoc-ref:$1@$2
