* bignum.c (Init_Bignum): rdiv method removed. [ruby-dev:34242]
* complex.c (nucomp_quo): ditto.
* numeric.c (num_rdiv): ditto.
* rational.c (nurat_div): ditto.
* complex.c (nucomp_fdiv): fdiv implementation restored.
