* lib/test/unit/assertions.rb: made small improvements to assertion
messages. Deprecated Assertions#assert_not_nil; use #assert instead.
* test/testunit/test_assertions.rb: ditto.
* test/testunit/util/test_procwrapper.rb: use #assert instead of
#assert_not_nil.
