Enhance configure error on packages not found

configure: error: Package requirements (xcb >= 1.6) were not met:
Requested 'xcb >= 1.6' but version of XCB is 1.5
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables xcb_CFLAGS
and xcb_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
