    randomized 128-bit ID and returns it in
    <em class="parameter"><code>ret</code></em>. Every invocation returns a new
    randomly generated ID. This uses the
    <code class="filename">/dev/urandom</code> kernel random number
    generator.</p><p>Note that <code class="function">sd_id128_randomize()</code> always
