Code changes:
* Generate code for Chan.T.Call1, Conn.I.Addressing1,
Chan.I.CaptchaAuthentication1, and document them
* Adapt Call1 CM and test for Direction argument to AddContent
* Add CaptchaNotSupported error

- delete the Creator property
