[BL31][v1.3][TXLX/AXG]: remove MMU disable for aml_data_process() (1/2)
2. verify with TXLX/AXG socket board
2.1 can show correct SoC info when BL31 bootup
2.2 EFUSE burn for secure boot work well
2.3 boot.img secure check pass
