This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM_PCI by the deadline and is
also missing conversion to CONFIG_DM. Remove it. This is also the last
of the ARCH_MPC8641/MPC8610 platforms, so remove that support as well.

Assign Alex Nemirovsky as custodian for all
Cortina Access (CA) for ARM and MIPS based SoCs.
Currently Cortina Access CAxxxx family of SoCs support both
ARM and MIPS ISA. Drivers have cross platform support for
both architectures.

patman's _ReadAliasFile only splits on spaces, not tabs, so the entries
for dinh and maxime weren't being recognised as valid. I'll fix patman
in a separate patch, but this makes all the entries consistent.

AVR32 is gone. It's already more than two years for no support in Buildroot,
even longer there is no support in GCC (last version is heavily patched 4.2.4).
Linux kernel v4.12 got rid of it (and v4.11 didn't build successfully).
There is no good point to keep this support in U-Boot either.
