opcodes: blackfin: fix decoding of LSHIFT insns
The Blackfin ISA does not have a "SHIFT" insn, it has either LSHIFT,
ASHIFT, or BXORSHIFT. So be specific when disassembling.
As fall out of this change, we need to update some assembler tests.
