The value given on the website does not work on my phone.
mms.three.co.uk:8799 was recommended by Superdrug's technical support and I
can now confirm it works.

This operator seems to operate in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, which are
Ukraine, not Russia.

This makes the database slightly more usable for installations without
iso-codes, should any exist.
But, perhaps more importantly, it allows us to do something at least
somewhat sensible if we can't look the country up in the iso-codes
database.
That is, of course, the case for Kosovo, for which we were forced to use
a provisional code (xk) because it still wasn't assigned any by ISO.
See commit 19846074c75b ('xk: add Ipko service provider').

These operators come from MaxLyubimov <m.lyubimov@aqsi.ru>.
I've taken the liberty of splitting it up into more manageable pieces
and made some changes to country structuring because some areas are
subject to territorial disputes. I've attempted to stick to what the
international consensus is, though I could've made mistakes.
I've also removed the sorting to make my job easier. Max, if you care
about that, feel free to volley another patch our way. Thanks!

to confirm that.
Also drop Djuice. It just duplicates Telenor -- same network and everything.

Alyssa Ross reports:
I was able to manually connect to the UK provider EE (which is not
currently listed) using the following settings:
APN: everywhere Username: eesecure Password: secure
Also, EE was formed as a merger of T-Mobile and Orange, both of which are
still in the list.
The data was pulled off EE web site, checked agains AOSP configuration:

make check fails when /bin/sh is dash, since dash doesn't support $''.
Commit 37dc3f5 ("build: check for trailing whitespace") added the $''
usage, presumably because it was noticed that grep doesn't accept \t.
Fix this by using [:blank:] instead.

Update to the current AT&T APNs requires specifying multiple usages.
I added the possibility of using a chain of usages in one usage i.e.
usage="<usage1>-<usage2>-...". It's not a perfect system, but it will work
until someone needs a larger number of combinations of usages, as the ones
I use are hard-coded.
